Objective: To create a new brand for the Magrath Business Centre and develop a contemporary and memorable experience that clearly distinguishes the building features through unique wayfinding and engaging placemaking. The goal is to align with the vibrant community and establish a more widely recognized brand identity and unified public image.
Discovery: Pinpoint was commissioned to craft a fresh brand and enhance the wayfinding and building identification for the Magrath professional building. The objective of the rebrand would:
• Stand apart from the neighbourhood’s visual identity
• Connect to the community; reflect the professional tenants of the centre and its visitors
• Feel sophisticated, elegant, contemporary
• Be flexible to accommodate various applications
• Be long-lasting rather than the latest trend

Name change for the building from Magrath Business Centre to Magrath Professional Centre
Logo package including usage guide
Brand package and usage guidelines including logos, colour palette, typography, and graphic elements
Coordination and provision of comprehensive signage guidelines including shop-ready specifications, a fully prepared signage RFP including final documents suitable for accurate budgeting and estimates and selection of a successful sign fabricator
In partnership with BOLD Interiors, we have designed a modern and memorable brand identity program. This program aims to clearly define building features, assist visitors in finding their way, and create an engaging environment. Our collaboration has successfully revitalized and modernized this development, significantly influencing how visitors perceive the space, access essential services, and feel motivated to explore and return.
